Tapioca Dessert is wholesome, nutritious, easily digested and is a good way to ensure the whole family has their regular intake of eggs and milk in a way they enjoy. No soaking is needed, our Tapioca is ready to cook straight away. Especially valuable for invalids and those with sensitive stomachs. Very economical and easy to make, recipes are printed on the label.
Tapioca is derived from the fleshy roots of the cassava plant and is rich in natural starch, an important element furnishing energy and fuel as well as having a high fibre content so important in today’s diet. Tapioca should not be confused with sago which has similar origins but does not come from cassava.

Tapioca
Wheat
Starch
Salt
Flavour
Beta carotene
Tapioca Coconut Cream
6 dsp Rawleigh’s Vanilla Tapioca
1 can coconut cream + ½ can water
sugar to taste
1 c fruit salad
1 tsp Rawleigh’s Vanilla Essence
whipped cream to decorate
crushed peanuts
Pour coconut cream into saucepan, add water and Tapioca, bring to boil and simmer for 8 minutes or till Tapioca is cooked. Sugar to taste. Pour into mould and cool. Top with fruit salad and decorate with whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serve with extra fruit or alone.
